It is our strict policy to ship any ordered item not later than a day after we have successfully processed your order.
If our customers are not satisfied with any stone purchased from us, such stone can be returned within six weeks from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange  with another stone of choice. Please note that any loss or damage item in the process of return is the responsibility of the sender

Payment
We accept VISA CARD, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER or eCHECK through PayPal which is believed to be one of the most secured ways of payment by credit cards. We also accept payment through Bank Wire and Western Union Money Transfer. Information required for Wired transfer will be provided to customers that prefer such method of payment.

Shipping and Insurance
Please find hereunder, our shipping options and rates. Shipping and Insurance charges  are not refundable.

1. Express Mail Service (EMS) International (Cost:US$80.50): 4-6 business days. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses not acceptable. Parcels can be tracked online from source to destination.

2. Registered Mail Worldwide - US$ 10: 15-21 business days. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. Registered mail is inexpensive and generally reliable, but it cannot be tracked online. Customer that prefers this method of shipping should please contact us by filling our request form for proper processing.

Recommendations
We strongly recommend that any order that is more than US$500 should be shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS) to ensure fast delivery and online tracking facility.
If you notice any physical evidence of tampering, please notify the carrier immediately. If you notice that the package is empty or damaged, please do not accept the parcel. All loss or damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of discovery of the loss or damage.
